Impartiality is at the core of our operations. As an independent Canada-based assurance partner (not a certification body), we never issue certificates or make certification decisions — our role is strictly supportive. We maintain strict separation from our certification partner SCANCERT (an accredited independent body). Key controls include: annual conflict-of-interest declarations by auditors, no consulting/audit overlap for the same client in the same scope, auditor rotation/independence policies, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and secure data handling.
